B2B Marketing Specialist
In order to further accelerate our rapid growth, Prodrive Technologies is looking for two highly motivated B2B Marketing Specialists, looking to make a difference.
The B2B Marketing specialist plans and implements marketing campaigns for all Prodrive Technologies’s products and solutions using a customer centric, go to market approach. You will partner up with program management to build and implement go-to-market strategies to support new product introductions, portfolio awareness and high growth vertical markets/applications, including audience segmentation and messaging, product/portfolio positioning, communication channel selection, and tactic execution. Tactics can include content development, digital/physical events, sales toolkits and channel marketing activities such as web page content, email, digital/print advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess a balance of creative and analytical skills; able to work through the marketing planning process from initial business need to marketing plan and communications strategy and execution. This position interacts with varying levels of internal and external partners and requires the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
Propose, plan and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that achieve agreed targets
Management of various marketing channels utilising internal and external agencies
Leverage and analyse data from customers, product teams and stakeholders to optimise for growth
Continuously optimise through experimentation and documenting results and learnings
Report performance metrics

Higher vocational education (HBO) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
You are social, representative, creative and your enthusiasm inspires people
Experience with developing and carrying out go-to-market plans, marketing campaign planning and program and tactic development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills are vital
Experience developing, implementing, tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns.
Marketing experience with technical products is helpful
Excellent in spoken and written English
Availability of 32-38 hours per week
