As a Campus Recruiter at Prodrive Technologies Inc. You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment at our branch. You will be responsible for short-term relationships (with candidates) and long-term relationships (internal as well as external with universities and local technical schools). A large focus of this role will be building lasting relationships with universities. This individual will be in charge of scheduling career fairs, attending career fairs with engineers, scheduling presentations at universities, creating on-site career fairs, organizing other recruitment events, and thinking of ways to continuously bring in talent.  

  • Campus relations (career fairs, presentations, etc) 
  • Job advertisement: maintaining and updating Job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Handshake (weekly) 
  • Review resumes, initiate testing for applicants, manage first-round screenings with candidates, schedule interviews, and assist the HR Manager with offer meetings when necessary 
  • Adding resumes into our applicant portal for review 
  • Growing internal relationships; connecting with Hiring Managers to better understand needs for the role in order to adapt the job descriptions.  
  • Sourcing/Head-hunting for particularly hard-to-fill roles 
  • Assists the financial controller with administrative tasks 
  • Other projects and responsibilities

  • 1-5 years of Recruitment Experience 

  • BS or BA in Human Resources, Psychology, or Engineering (preferred) 

  • Energetic and outgoing individual 

  • Strong relationship building skills 

  • Results-driven individual 

  • Strong passion for technology (previous knowledge preferred)
