About the role

We are searching for a result-driven Demand Planner. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our global demand planning strategy for high-complexity and innovative technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to logistical optimization efforts aimed at maximizing delivery performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize a feasible and stable global demand plan for cutting-edge projects.
  • Drive logistical optimization for new and existing products to enhance operational flows.
  • Maximize delivery performance by managing forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and throughput time.
  • Ensure logistical performance meets the needs of our global customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and systems.

Profile

  • BSc, BEng or MSc degree, technical or logistical oriented (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc)

  • Result driven and analytically minded

  • Competitive attitude and the need to constantly keep improving yourself

  • Good time-management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Team player with strong communication skills (English is essential)

  • Eager to learn about the manufacturing processes and systems

  • Has commercial awareness and a good judgement

  • Two years of experience preferred.
