What is the challenge?
As Business Development Manager at Peblar, you will create and expand our business line in EV Charging Solutions, further strengthening the current market position, and identifying trends and developments in the German market. You will think with the customers about challenges and translate them into suitable solutions within our area of expertise.
Some key responsibilities for this role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives,
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers,
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote our products/services,
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company,
- Monitor and evaluate market conditions, customer needs, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Profile
In-depth knowledge of the French market, including industry trends and key players
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
Experienced in the channel sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
