 What is the Challenge?

Within PTNE there is a clear need to accelerate Customer Service activities. You will collect requirements and work in close collaboration with the Prodrive Service department to set up a world-class Customer Service department for PTNE, worldwide. It is a preference when you are able to speak multiple languages, but it is not a necessity. It is more important that you understand the Customer Service field, be able to work within a multidisciplinary team, and be able to set up processes and infrastructure in a way that it is scalable.

Profile

  • Bias towards data-driven, process-oriented customer support management practices 

  • Knowledge of “best in class” customer service tools

  • Experience within the field of customer service and a process is driven, manufacturing environment that supplies technical products, solutions, or services through a global distributor network
