At this moment we are working with 700 engineers globally and we have a challenging grow ambition for 2021 to start 2022 with 900 engineers.

Therefore, we are looking for an eager Global HR Manager to join our team within Research and Development. Do you want to challenge us on strategic HR with a strong focus on global recruitment? In this role you work in direct contact with the global cluster responsible. Our culture characterizes equality, this means there is no hierarchical difference between you and the global cluster responsible, we are looking for specific teams per cluster.

  • Complete responsibility for global recruitment including:
    • Marketing and budget
    • Campaigns
    • Campus recruitment
    • Coordinate and support on local recruitment
  • Employment conditions conversations in and out of employment
  • Chair structural meetings with the global cluster responsible regarding cluster performance
    • In- and outflow
    • Cluster performance with focus on individuals
    • Recruitment campaigns
  • Leading the year-end-review process globally
  • 2nd line support for employees within cluster


  • - Bachelor or master degree
  • - Work experience in a technical environment
  • - Experience in recruitment is preferred
  • - Fluent in Dutch and English
  • - Winners mentality
