As a Recruiter at Prodrive you are end responsible for the entire recruitment process. You focus on the positions in our Operations department, e.g. Technician, Warehouse Employees, Team Leaders, Work Preparation Engineers and Process Engineers. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating an ongoing candidate pipeline through direct sourcing;
• Screening applications through CV matching and telephone interviews;
• Contract negotiations;
• Liaising with Global HR team and Cluster Coaches (hiring managers) on recruitment priorities;
• Employer branding;
• Organizing of recruitment events;
• Building and maintaining relations with technical education programs;
• Continuously improving the recruitment processes.

Profile

  • • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • • Technical educational background or work experience in technical environment;
  • • Experience in recruitment is preferred;
  • • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • • Strong communication skills, persuasive and result driven.

  2. You will receive a link to Prodrive Technologies’ online aptitude test to see if you’re up for the challenge.
  3. We will set you up for a personal interview to ask you difficult questions about yourself. Afterwards, others will ask you some more difficult questions about your expertise. We will immediately decide if we will make you an offer after the interviews.
  4. When there’s enough time left, we will discuss employment conditions directly after the interviews.
  5. If you survived everything, only your signature stands between you and being a Prodriver.
