About the role

We are searching for a skilled Administration Employee. This role plays a crucial support on our daily administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, expense claims, assisting with office tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes. You will be an essential part of our finance team, contributing to the efficient and accurate execution of financial administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize financial documentation, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
  • Accurately enter financial data into the company's systems.
  • Monitor and track company expenses, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining and analyzing expense reports and ensuring timely reimbursement processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information and support financial reporting.

Profile

  • Minimum of MBO 4 level of education in accounting or administration.

  • Proficient in English and Dutch language (written and spoken).

  • Strong interest in finance and administrative processes.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial data.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
