We are searching for a Financial Administrator to join our US Finance & HR Team. This individual will be working out of our Canton, MA office (hybrid schedule) and will be working closely with our Financial Controller. The focus of this role will be handling administrative AP/AR functions while also taking on bi-weekly and monthly payroll. You will need to be detail- and deadline-oriented with the desire to work in a fast-paced start-up setting. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  •  Accounts Payable 
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the Invoice email box 
  • Make sure emails are directed to the correct individual 
  • Not allowing unread mail to pile up 
  • Saving invoices in proper locations 
  • Processing Invoices through SAP  
  • Invoice reconciliation 
  • Uploading any missing invoices 
  • Disputing issues with invoices internally and directly with providers 
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting on any issues that arise 
  • Employee Declarations (Expense Reports for employees) 
  • Internal meetings with Buyers to review outstanding invoices with vendors 
  • Accounts Receivable 
  • Overdue invoice reconciliation 
  • Creating invoices for customers in SAP to be sent out by colleagues 
  • Assist Financial Controller with AR follow up if payments aren't received on time 
  • Payroll 
  • Maintain payroll records  
  • Pull Biweekly (Non-Exempt) hours and input into payroll 
  • Internal outreach to employees who haven’t completed timesheet 
  • Run Payroll (bi-weekly & monthly) 
  • Process payroll after it is approved by HR Manager & Financial Controller 
  • 401k Remittance to our 401k company 

Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

  • You are eager to learn, proactive, autonomous, able to act quickly between, and prioritize, tasks

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, good communication skills, accuracy, drive to succeed and a sense of responsibility are self-evident for you

  • You are result driven, persuasive and structured

  • You have the desire and drive to excel in your field of work

  • A passion for technology
