About the Role

We are searching for a goal-driven Junior Account Manager for our inside sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our commercial strategy for assigned customers and contribute to the growth of our client relationships from within.

Key Responsibilities

- Inside Sales Support: Assist in formulating and executing a comprehensive inside sales strategy for assigned customer(s) to contribute to commercial targets.
- Client Relationship Support: Collaborate in enhancing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through inside sales channels.
- Proposal Assistance: Contribute to the preparation and presentation of inside sales offers and quotes to potential and existing customers.
- Contractual Support: Assist in negotiating and managing contractual agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms for the company through inside sales interactions.
- Budget Monitoring Assistance: Support in vigilantly monitoring the budgetary progress of inside sales projects related to the assigned customer(s).

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business-oriented field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Economics) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.

  • Team player with strong communication.

  • Familiarity with inside sales processes, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals through inside sales channels.

  • Good time management, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity, has a pragmatic approach and is result oriented.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Dutch language is a plus).
