Market Lead

The Market Lead takes care of successful development of the assigned market. This includes managing existing customers / business volume and developing a growth strategy for revenue and margins.

Responsibilities

  • The responsibilities include but are not exclusively:
  • The creation and execution of the strategy for the assigned market including SMART mid- and long-
  • term, a competitive analysis, a clear approach for portfolio optimization, and new business development.
  • Coordinates the market strategy with Prodrive’s global leadership and relevant internal stakeholders
  • Is responsible for relationship management with (mid)senior leadership of customers
  • Leads the account managers within the respective market
  • Is accountable for overall customer relationship and satisfaction within the respective market
  • Is accountable for commercial performance of customers within the respective market

Profile

  • Master’s degree in a technical and/or business-oriented field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Economics) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.

  • Experience in commercial management or Strategic Marketing in business-to-business related technical environment is a must.

  • Team player with strong communication and influencing skills on various levels in the organization.

  • Proven track record of creating and meeting long term strategic goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Dutch language is a plus).
