As Project Manager Advanced Cameras you successfully lead multidisciplinary teams for development and market introduction of the latest generation Advanced Cameras.
You are responsible for the project planning and for monitoring the business case.
In close cooperation with the System Architect you coordinate development activities, and keep your team motivated and engaged.
You keep customers and stakeholders well aligned. With your team you identify risks in advance and pro-actively tackle them.
Education: BSc, BEng or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial engineering or Physics
≥ 5 years experience as Project Manager of multidisciplinary teams in a technical/development environment
Experience with customer interaction and stakeholder management
International work experience is a plus
Great communication skills & social competences
Keeps overview and creates structure in complex situations
Stays calm in demanding and stressful situations
Flexible. Adjusts easily to ever-changing conditions in a fast-moving organization
