Sales Engineer: Embedded Computing Systems (Japan)

As a Sales Engineer (Embedded Computing Systems) for region Japan, you are responsible for the technical alignment and management of our key Japanese customers, during the sales, development, integration, and production stages of our products, with a special focus on our embedded computing systems (ECS) products which include servers, high-performance computing racks and Video-over-IP-based distribution systems for Hybrid Operation Rooms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical contact for key Japanese customers, addressing technical issues and collaborating closely with our Netherlands-based technical team to provide innovative solutions.
  • Support new product and sales trajectories by facilitating technical discussions, aiding integration at customer sites, and overseeing the development, integration, and production processes.
  • Foster seamless communication between our customers’ development teams and various stakeholders within Prodrive Technologies, ensuring a smooth flow of information and requirements.

Profile

  • Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.

  • Proactive, communicative, and enterprising attitude, driven by a passion for technology.

  • Experience is not a prerequisite; a genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to excel in your role are paramount.
