As Global Sales Manager, you are commercially responsible for Prodrive’s Controls and Connectivity solutions portfolio. We are a leading supplier in a wide range of industries with industrial controllers, I/O modules, panel PCs, and telematics units. Among many other applications, our units control ship engines, industrial compressors, and agricultural robots, as well as provide connectivity for mobile assets such as forklifts.
We tailor our solutions to the needs of our customers, working from standardized building blocks to get our solutions to the market quickly while guaranteeing a mature product. We bring maximum value by optimizing the products to customer requirements.
You identify and seize opportunities, being the commercial expert and first contact for our controls & connectivity propositions. You drive lead generation through our regional sales and marketing teams and cooperate with the engineering teams and program management to create proposals and close opportunities.
You are the business case owner and can engage in basic technical discussions with the customer. You build and maintain relations, visit and participate at relevant fairs and exhibitions, assess market opportunities, and collect market information.
Profile
BSc or MSc Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering.
Experience in the controls & connectivity systems market is a pre.
Master the English language.
Communicative, proactive, and enterprising.
Experience in sales is mandatory, and affinity with commerce and technology as well.
