MULTIple elevator cabins in a single shaft, the dream of every skyscraper architect and the wish of many people waiting in line for the elevator! Together with our customer thyssenkrupp Elevator we are at the verge of this technical breakthrough. End of 2015 we started the development of the propulsion system for an elevator without ropes but driven by linear motors instead. Using swivel platforms, the cabins can move both vertical and horizontal, which allows them to change shafts and thereby creating a fully independent paternoster elevator.

At the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), the Power of Science, Technology & Practice join forces. As a top player in the development and manufacturing of the latest magnetic resonance products, Prodrive Technologies will naturally be participating in the ISMRM 2019, located at Palais des congrès de Montréal in Montreal, Canada on May 11-16.

We are proud to announce that we have signed a lease contract for a new manufacturing facility at a 53.000 square feet location in Canton, Massachusetts, which is just outside the city of Boston. The lease will commence on the first of September 2019, and from thereon we will begin making all the necessary preparations to start series production in the USA. We expect that this production will be up and running by Q4 -2019.
