Bin Processing Solution

Processing and storing goods in highly-automated factories

The Bin Processing Solution consist of several building blocks that are used to seamlessly integrate highly-automated machines with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and humans.

Stand-alone conveyor

The Stand-alone conveyor is an active bi-directional single conveyor device used for transporting goods towards and from AGVs and humans.

Multi-bin cabinet

The Multi-bin cabinet is an active bi-directional bin warehouse, which consists of four conveyor platform levels stacked above each-other. At each level, goods can be transferred from and to AGVs and humans. The storage capacity is scalable by adding multiple rows and columns, to fit the required needs.

(De)stacking cabinet

The (De)stacking cabinet is a device is to convert a stack of bins to multiple single bins or multiple single bins into a stack of bins. In addition of two (de)stacking platforms, two active bi-directional platforms are available for transport to and from AGVs and humans.
