Our long stroke iron core motors are designed to achieve a high force density and high peak force with minimized force ripple. Force ripples are minimized by the skewed magnet array and careful selection of slot width, magnet width and total stack width. By means of applying PCB technology within our linear motors, the integration of a connector within a small packaging allows for easy and fast servicing. Additionally, the integration of thermal sensors or Hall sensors for position sensing can be achieved with minimal cost. Magnetic shielding can be considered as an option as well as vacuum compatibility.
Contact UsActuators complying with 1e-7 torr use special coatings, connectors and adjusted mechanical geometry. Design is verified by inhouse RGA.
An integrated connector allows for easy installation and servicing without the need to remove the cabling.
An integrated position sensor based upon Hall sensor measurements can be included. It can both be used for position control and commutation.
Forced cooling by means of pressurized air or water can be integrated into the stator depending on customer requirements.
