Technical Recruiter – Research & Development

As a Technical Recruiter at Prodrive you are end responsible for the entire recruitment process. You focus on the positions in our R&D department, e.g. Electrical, Mechanical and Software Engineers, but also Project Managers. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating an ongoing candidate pipeline through direct sourcing;
- Screening applications through CV matching and telephone interviews;
- Contract negotiations;
- Liaising with Directors and HR Coaches (hiring managers) on recruitment priorities;
- Employer branding;
- Organizing of recruitment events, in-house and at technical universities;
- Campus recruitment, working with study associations and technical student teams;
- Continuously improving the recruitment processes.

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Technical educational background or work experience in technical environment;
- Experience in recruitment is preferred;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Strong communication skills, persuasive and result driven.
