Business development manager motion & mechatronics USA

Are you a person who is sales minded and do you have a passion for motion control, drives, (linear) motors and mechatronic systems? In this role you will be responsible for the sales in the USA of our products and solutions in our Motion & Mechatronics program. In this program some examples of our applications are building and moving stages in semiconductor field and display equipment, ropeless elevators moved by our linear motors and controllers, motor drives for patient beds and high-speed actuators and drives for compressors.

We have leveraged our knowledge and experience which have built up with custom solutions for the high-tech industry into brand new off the shelf product lines. The product lines are amongst others, servo drives, motion controllers and linear motors. In this role you will have the responsibility to find and create opportunities and work with the engineering team to perfect offers and manage your clients. Furthermore, you will play an active role in conducting market intelligence to give direction to our strategic roadmap discussions.


  • • BSc, BEng or MSc in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or any business-related degree
  • • Hands-on attitude
  • • Strong communication skills, verbal and in writing
  • • 3+ years of technical and/or sales experience
  • • Experience in motion & mechatronics preferred
  • • 20% - 40% travel required (based on pre-COVID-19)
  • • Authorized to work in the US (for Boston/Canton Branch applicants only)
