What is the Challenge?
Within PTNE you will work on diverse and challenging projects. As a Hardware Engineer, you play a central and key role in the development of EV charging solutions in a multidisciplinary team of enthusiastic and proud colleagues. You contribute by the optimization of existing electronics designs for high-volume production, and the design of to be introduced EV charging products which you will be able to see all around on the street. Your work typically consists of the conceptual- and detailed design, followed by the testing and maintenance. In our large laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, you will have all tools available to test your electronics designs for the EV charging solutions.

BSc, BEng, or MSc in Electrical Engineering
Familiar with schematic and PCB tooling
Experience with interfaces such as electrical, I2C, SPI, RS485, pre; Linux operating system, mains and low-voltage supplies
Experience with wireless interfaces such as RFID, NFC, WLAN, and LTE is a pre
Affinity with design for manufacturability (DFM)
Passion for contributing to the energy transition
