Global Sales Manager – Semiconductor

As a global sales manager you are commercially responsible for Prodrive’s portfolio of power products for the Semiconductor manufacturing equipment market in which we are a leading supplier for custom designed functional modules and fully integrated subsystems. Since a few years we are also increasingly bringing our own disruptive new concepts to this market.

Our key customers are leading players in their subsegments, such as Lithography and Etch & Deposition. You identify trends and seize opportunities, being the commercial expert and first contact for these and other customers. You are the business case owner and can engage in basic technical discussions with the customer to start new conversations, after which you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to close the opportunity for the company.

You build and maintain relations, visit and participate at relevant fairs and exhibitions, assess market opportunities and collect market information.


  • BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Physical chemistry, or Industrial Engineering

  • Proficient in English

  • Dutch language proficiency is a plus but not required

  • Communicative, proactive, and enterprising

  • Experience in sales is not required; affinity with commerce and technology is

  • The desire and drive to excel in your field of work
