Therefore, we are looking for an eager HR Manager to join our team within Product Manufacturing (~1500FTE). Do you want to challenge us on strategic HR? You work together with a team of ~12FTE in cluster coaching, they are the first point of contact for every individual. Besides you work very closely with the COO for the strategic personnel planning and with the CDO for the HR strategy. Our culture characterizes equality, responsibility, and trust.

  • Strategic personnel planning
  • Compensation and benefits within the entity
  • Contact person for works council and trade union
  • Chair structural meetings with the cluster coaches within Product Manufacturing
  • Chair structural meetings with the cluster manager regarding cluster performance, in- and outflow, cluster performance with focus on individuals, recruitment campaigns
  • Leading the year-end-review process
  • 2nd line support for employees within cluster


  • Bachelor or master degree

  • Work experience in a technical environment

  • Experience in a product manufacturing / logistics department

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Winners mentality
