Regional Sales Manager Europe – Hydrogen Power Electronics

As the world is making rapid strides towards mitigating climate change by replacing fossil with renewable energy sources, long term storage and conversion of that energy becomes more important for a stable global energy supply. Hydrogen produced from water and green energy by electrolysis offers a viable medium for this. You can make a large contribution to this transition by helping Prodrive Technologies introduce our world class power converters to enable the most cost effective and energy efficient hydrogen production.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Europe to grow our bulk rectifier business fast. Working with our other regional sales and business development managers, you will be the regional commercial expert. You will assess market opportunities and collect market information and use that knowledge to build and nurture relations with the OEM and EPC customer groups to win large project tenders.

For each tender you will be the business case owner and can engage in basic technical discussions with the customer to start new conversations, after which you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to close the opportunity for the company.


  • BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

  • Highly proficient in English (written and verbal). Dutch language proficiency is not required

  • Communicative, proactive, and enterprising, with good sensitivity to cultural nuances

  • Experience in tendering sales processes and a network in the hydrogen energy infrastructure market is a big plus; affinity with commerce and technology is a must

  • The desire and drive to excel in your field of work

  • Up to 25% travel
