Regional Sales Manager: Imaging Systems

As Regional Sales Manager you will be driving new business in Semiconductor and Life-sciences market by finding qualified leads and prospecting new customers. Your focus will be on sales for our Advanced Cameras and Image Processing Solutions. Our products include area-scan camera, high-speed TDI line-scan cameras, frame grabbers, servers and accelerated computing.


Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Proactively engaging with customers
  • Guiding the sales from lead stage to project stage by working closely with internal programs
  • Approaching customers and executing your sales strategy
  • Working closely with the Global Sales Manager and Product Line Manager to coordinate sales activities and engage with customers
  • Aligning customers and stakeholders
  • Networking. Whether it be through trade shows, social media, etc.
  • Achieving Sales targets while focusing on quality over quantity
  • Understanding customer needs & effectively providing the customer solutions with our products and services

  • BSc, BEng or MSc in Electrical, Computing Science or other relevant education

  • 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales in relevant technologies for high-tech equipment

  • Experience with customer interaction and follow-up

  • 20% - 40% traveling

  • Result & sales driven with a generic understanding of camera/optical and computing technologies

  • Take the lead and initiative, structured, and organized

  • Great communication skills & social competences

  • Enjoys working in informal teams bonded by trust, equality and a high sense of entrepreneurship
