Sales Manager Motors and Motion control solutions

As Regional Sales Manager you will be driving new business in the Motion market by finding qualified leads and prospecting new customers. Your focus will be on sales for our Off-The_shelf Motors, Drives and Controllers solutions. Our Motion technologies and products include Linear motors and actuators, Servo drives and motion controllers as well as custom solutions for any application.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth in assigned territory by developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, as well as actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Global Sales Manager, product line managers, marketing) to
  • develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Proactively engaging with customers
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
  • Guiding the sales from the lead stage to the project stage by working closely with internal programs
  • Aligning customers and stakeholders
  • Understanding customer needs & effectively providing the customer solutions with our products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics


  • BSc, BEng or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial engineering or Physics

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales in relevant technologies for high-tech equipment

  • Experience with customer interaction and follow-up

  • 20% - 40% traveling

  • Result & sales driven with a generic understanding of mechatronics systems

  • Take the lead and initiative, structured, and organized

  • Great communication skills & social competences

  • Enjoys working in informal teams bonded by trust, equality and a high sense of entrepreneurship

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
