Eric Saris and Katja Pahnke appointed in non-executive board

Son, July 20th, 2018 – On July 1st 2018, Prodrive Technologies Group has appointed Eric Saris and Katja Pahnke in it’s non-executive board. They are the successors of Rick Harwig and Alfred Kleinknecht, who were non-executive board members since 2011. Carlo van de Weijer (member since 2015) will continue his membership in the non-executive board. We thank Rick Harwig and Alfred Kleinknecht for their valuable advice and commitment towards all stakeholders at Prodrive Technologies. We welcome Eric Saris and Katja Pahnke with pride and enthusiasm and we are confident they will contribute to the further success of our company. Eric Saris, born in 1967 in The Netherlands, holds a bachelor degree in Agriculture, but stepped over to the banking sector on a relatively young age. During his corporate banking-career of already 30 years, he attended in-house programs about Strategy, Innovation and Leadership on the business schools of Insead, IMD and Harvard. However he has extensively dealt with companies of all sizes, from SME to public listed corporates, he has been especially attracted to family-owned tech and manufacturing companies. Since September 2017 Eric is as senior executive vice president responsible for the corporate strategy and organizational development of Rabobank Group. Before that he was head of the Dutch corporate and business banking division of Rabobank, with assets of approx. Eur 100 bln and a contribution to the group result of more than 40%.
Next to his job as banker, Eric kept various board positions in the public domain.

Dipl.-Ing. Katja Pahnke, born in 1968 in Germany, graduated in Chemical Engineering in Oldenburg, Germany (thesis at Philips Lighting). She started her carrier in Germany as head of microbiological, physical and chemical research at Umweltschutz Nord GmbH. Katja started working in the Netherlands in 1999 at TNO, in several positions. From 2007 till 2012 she was managing director and chairman of the board at TÜV Rheinland TNO Automotive International BV (now Siemens), full vehicle passive safety testing in the automotive industry.

Now Katja is director of TMC Technology Executives, operating as operational and strategic partner on management level for leadership questions in the High Tech industry and set up the business cells TMC Chemical, Mechanical, Automotive before.

Next to this position Katja is managing director of the High Tech Systems Center at the University of Eindhoven. The TU/e HTSC drives multidisciplinary fundamental research programs focusing on complex equipment with the emphasis on systems engineering. In a joint innovation center between TNO and TU/e HTSC she is part of the management board of the AMSYSTEMS Center. AMSYSTEMS focuses predominantly on the development of production equipment for smart, personalized and multi-functional products in 3D printing and digital processing.
