About the role:
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to create and optimize sustainable business and drive organic growth. You’ll be responsible for understanding all elements that impact business sustainability, reflected in customer business documents (CBDs) and quotations. Your daily tasks include quoting, customer support, onsite visits, problem solving, and building strong relationships both internally and externally. You will support the key account plan and set up multi-functional meetings, ensuring proper minutes and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment between internal stakeholders and external customers, focusing on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Produce accurate quotations in line with internal requirements (CBD, stock levels, annual quantities vs. production batch sizes, contractual agreements).
- Develop and execute customer derivative account plans to achieve sustainable business and organic growth.
- Set up and maintain governance frameworks for key accounts, including commercial agendas and proactive follow-up.
- Increase customer satisfaction (NPS) by building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Perform post-calculation margin analysis and act on discrepancies, including quality and yield issues.
Profile
Technical or commercial background (technical study is a plus).
Proven ability to understand and communicate the value of Prodrive Technologies services and products (cameras, drives, controllers, motors, integrated systems).
Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial position.
Strong communicative skills and team player; able to collaborate seamlessly across departments (AMs, CD, BLD, Planning, Logistics, etc.).
Skilled in stakeholder management, providing the right information at the right time.
Ownership mentality: eager, proactive, focused, creative, and motivated.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and exceed customer expectations.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
