About the role

As an Account Manager at Prodrive Technologies, you will be part of the Prodrive Technologies - Precision Solutions Business Line account team. Within this business line, we serve high-tech OEMs mainly in the Semiconductor and Life-Science industry. The mission of the account team is to grow high-potential customers. They will also be responsible for sustaining, growing, or optimizing all other customers. You will work within the account team to achieve the goals by performing daily operational tasks such as quoting, providing customer support, and problem-solving. In addition, you will be building strong relationships with key stakeholders both outside and within the company to enable sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Working within the Business Line account team to grow high-potential customers.
  • Create a customer account plan for new customers and sustain and update existing account plans continuously to enable customer satisfaction
  • Handle daily operational tasks such as quoting, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer support.
  • Create commercial agendas and set up governance with each customer and proactively follow up accordingly.
  • Vigilantly monitoring the budgetary progress of projects related to the assigned customer(s).
  • Prepare and present commercial offers and quotes to existing customers and perform price negotiations accordingly.
  • Create new business opportunities within the customer(s) of your responsibility.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships and enable optimal customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business-oriented field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Economics) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.

  • Excellent communicative skills and collaborates seamlessly with multiple stakeholders ac ross departments

  • At least 3 years' of experience as an Account Manager.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity, has a pragmatic approach and is result oriented.

  • Expertly manages both internal and external stakeholders, providing the right information at the right time.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Dutch language is a plus).
