About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Controller. In this role, you will collaborate with key business and operations stakeholders, supporting and challenging the decision-making process to extract maximum value for the company. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects aimed at innovating our processes. You'll be challenged to work closely with our data experts to extract more value from our data. Furthermore, your involvement in continuous corporate (re)structuring and improvement activities will ensure a robust business control process is in place.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, cost price calculations, and forecasts.
- Conduct complex scenario analysis and derive insights from collected data.
- Initiate and lead process improvement projects with stakeholders.
- Support monthly financial reporting activities.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financials for management reports, including business cases, multi-year planning, monitoring budgets, and executing financial business.
- Interpret data to determine financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making in various departments.
- Support the development of business controlling and advance financial reporting.
- Maintain close relationships with budget owners, evolving into a business partnering role.
MSc in Accounting / Business Administration or a related field
