What is the challenge?

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of the growth of the EV charging market in France. Your role: identify new opportunities, prospect, and build strong relationships with our clients while achieving ambitious targets. You will report to the National Commercial Director France.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Develop and increase our market share in the EV charging sector
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders
  • Define and execute commercial strategies to exceed targets
  • Monitor market trends and anticipate developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead negotiations and manage projects through to delivery

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally with key accounts in EV charging, photovoltaics, electrical, energy, or automotive sectors

  • Ability to prospect, identify decision-makers, and create opportunities

  • Strong interpersonal skills: listen, understand needs, explain, and persuade

  • Skilled in handling objections and defending proposals effectively

  • Autonomous and organized: able to structure activities and manage priorities

  • A ‘go-getter’ mindset: motivated by challenges, persistent in the face of obstacles and competition

  • Proven experience with key accounts and complex sales cycles

  • Mobility: frequent travel across France to meet clients and attend industry events
