About the role
Your strong technical foundation in digital electronics enables you to make well-informed system level decisions and effectively support engineering teams. You are a key contributor to the technical success of our camera projects, guiding them from early development through final realization. Your affinity with optics, digital electronics, firmware, and mechanics allows you to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment. Working alongside specialists and collaborating closely with our high-tech customers, you help drive innovative solutions that meet demanding project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust system architectures that meet all product, regulatory, and performance requirements
- Define and drive the system validation strategy, both by design and testing
- Drive cross-functional alignment between system, hardware, software and engineering
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned across engineering disciplines
- Lead system-level risk management activities, including DFMEA
Profile
BSc, BEng, or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics
Strong affinity with digital electronics, firmware, and mechanical aspects such as thermal design
Proven experience leading system‑level architecture projects
Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
You demonstrate ownership of the system design, take initiative to track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies
You thrive in collaboration, bringing a positive, team first‑ mindset
You put the customer at the center, always seeking to understand their needs
You take action with confidence, showing a proactive, “go-get‑-‑it” attitude that drives progress and delivers results
Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency is a plus
