About the role as a Defect Analysis Engineer
As a Defect Analysis Engineer, you operate at the crossroads of diagnostics and repair of advanced electronic and mechatronic systems. Your expertise enables defective products to return to the field safely and reliably. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Performing in-depth root cause analysis on electronic and mechatronic failures.
- Working with a wide range of technologies such as analog design, power electronics, network diagnostics.
- Identifying recurring issues and sharing findings with development, production, and quality teams.
- Contributing to structural product and process improvements using your technical insights.
You'll be part of a focused and friendly team within a well-organized department. The atmosphere is informal, and collaboration and mutual support are key — both during and outside working hours.

Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably involving analysis or testing of electronic systems.
A hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
A sense of ownership and responsibility for your work and results.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
