Your role:

You will play a key part in shaping and maintaining a robust global demand plan, ensuring timely deliveries while optimizing inventory levels and improving production efficiency. Your work directly strengthens the supply chain, supports sustainable business operations and helps drive the performance of our planning activities. You contribute to higher delivery reliability and lower inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring optimal alignment between demand and supply
  • Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts to create accurate demand plans
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Production, Project Management, Account Management, and Logistics while maintaining contact with customers
  • Identifying supply chain risks and proactively taking measures to minimize disruptions
  • Taking leadership in driving continuous improvements initiatives

Profile

  • BSc or MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or demand forecasting

  • Familiar with data analysis (Excel, BI tools) and knowledge of Lean and Kaizen

  • You bring both analytical depth and holistic view

  • You embrace challenges and find solutions

  • You excel in analyzing data and supply chain processes

  • English mandatory
