About the role:
The Development Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the teams that drive Project Management (NPI and LCM) and the engineering teams (Mechanics, Electronics, Software and test) >20 FTE. This role is a key role to ensure we continue to optimize our way of working (together) to ensure optimize the efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement with regards to processes in the triangle of R&D, Project and Product Management allowing us to further secure the scalability.
- Ensure clear scenario planning and risk mitigation to allow on-time delivery.
- Identify and develop strategic talent, and actively contribute to organization-wide decision-making and cultural development being part of the management team of Peblar.
- Build relationships, understand group dynamics and continue to foster a safe and inclusive working environment.
- Lead change with flair and directness to reach the full potential of Peblar.
- Ensure key projects are executed according to expectation, in time, within budget and properly aligned with involved stakeholders.
- Integrate an agile way of working for our software development.
Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a team leader with larger teams (>15 FTE).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
Preferably relevant working experience in a product driven company.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong ability to align with the Peblar organization to ensure a safe and inclusive working environment.
Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
