What is the Challenge?

The challenge involves innovating and executing Peblar's digital marketing strategy in a dynamic EV charging industry. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will tackle the complexities of global market segmentation, ensuring impactful campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences. Introducing our brand to new countries adds an exciting dimension, requiring adaptability in strategy to varied cultural landscapes and driving demand.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Develop online strategies to generate demand, elevate and/or build brand awareness, and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Co-create and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end, multi-touch, and multichannel B2B online marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing, build landing pages, and implement marketing automation flows.
  • Manage website development, ensuring content updates, SEO optimization, and UX enhancements.
  • Implement a cohesive SEO strategy and monitor website performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute email marketing campaigns with a focus on marketing automation (HubSpot CMS & Marketing Hub knowledge is a big plus).
  • Coordinate and lead the execution of paid online campaigns across different channels and formats to achieve the desired marketing objectives.
  • Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns for success and KPI achievement using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate on digital content production, ensuring alignment with Peblar's marketing strategy.
  • Lead daily operations with agencies for content planning, creation, and advertising, ensuring seamless coordination.

Profile

  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or Commercial studies

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Online Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role, preferably in an international B2B environment.

  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation, content marketing and online advertising.

  • Excellent language skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.

  • Hands-on and proactive individual who takes initiatives in a dynamic working environment.

  • Possesses a startup mindset with the ability to work beyond strict role boundaries.

  • Interest in e-mobility and sustainability is required.
