About the role:
Design and develop electrical systems using ECAD software like Zuken E3 and Cadence OrCAD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control technologies and PLC systems, enhancing production efficiency. Apply hands-on skills to prototype, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems while ensuring machine safety through adherence to design standards. Manage lifecycle projects and focus on electrical safety, power distribution, switchgear, and analogue/digital design. Continuously seek process improvements and innovations within production engineering.

Key responsibilities:
- Developing electrical designs using ECAD software (e.g., Zuken E3, Cadance OrCad) to create efficient and robust systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement control technologies and PLC systems to improve production efficiency.
- Applying your hands-on skills to prototype, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Ensuring machine safety by adhering to normative design principles and contributing to a safe working environment.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate within the production engineering processes.
- Lifecycle management projects
- Electrical safety design (Ground bonding, clearance creepage etc.)
- Electrical design (power distribution, switch gear and analogue/digital design).
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with a least one of the ECAD software (e.g., Cadence OrCad, KiCad, Altium, Mentor Graphics, Zuken E3) is required.
Affinity with control technology and experience working with PLCs.
A hands-on mentality with the ability to work both practically and precisely.
Knowledge of machine safety and normative design is a plus.
A strong desire to excel and continuously improve in your work.
EMC basic principles
Knowledge of machine safety and normative design (IEC 60204 and IEC 61010) and Experience with EMC tests and debugging is a plus
