About the role
The Finance department at our headquarters in the Netherlands is a dynamic team of 25 professionals, organized for agility and efficiency. Strategically positioned close to our factories and R&D teams, Finance maintains short lines of communication with other functions, enabling a deep understanding of the stories behind the numbers. Regular visits to our high-tech factory for physical inspections further strengthen this connection.
Our Finance team covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including financial administration, management accounting, statutory accounting, treasury, tax compliance, business control, and ESG. By managing all these activities within one team, we eliminate silos and reduce the risk of duplicate efforts.
We maintain strong ties with our Finance teams in the US and China, fostering a truly global perspective.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Controller to join our fast-growing Finance team. In this role, you will contribute to our financial reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making. You will become part of a team of 5 financial controllers, responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. As part of this team you will cover the Operations, Research & Development, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay and Human Resources processes.
