About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in translating the business goals of our organization into impactful people related initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to People Managers, leveraging strong analytical and project management skills to solve complex issues and implement new HR processes and practices. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic HR support will enable the realization of organizational objectives.
You’ll work closely with your assigned departments to understand people related needs and translate them into effective HR solutions. By connecting the organization’s core processes with strategic HR initiatives, you’ll ensure HR adds real value to business performance.
As an HR department, we are evolving and hold an important tactical and strategic position within Prodrive Technologies. You are an experienced HR professional who can guide your People Managers with your knowledge and expertise.

Key responsibilities
- Provide clear understanding of organizational context in a commercial environment, acting as a true business partner.
- Deliver analyses, advice, and proposals aligned with organizational needs, making impact.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports and policies in line with laws and regulations.
- Support People Managers in all HR related matters and beyond.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced organization as HRBP or other related HR roles.
Experience in leading a project from start to finish.
Data-driven: You leverage insights and metrics to guide decisions and confidently steer People Managers based on data.
Proven experience in driving change initiatives and coaching People Managers—motivating them to take action and supporting their growth in leadership roles.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is considered a plus.
