About the role
As our HR Payroll Administrator you will play a vital role in our payrolling process. You’ll ensure an accurate and timely payroll processing, and able to easily compose reports using Excel. You are able to apply our employment conditions and legal regulations (i.e. CLA Metalektro) correctly and will dive into the details when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
You have a certificate in payrolling. (Praktijkdiploma loonadministratie, PDL)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HR as an administration employee.
Knowledge of Workday, SAP or any other related system.
Up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations, demonstrated through certifications or training participation.
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent in the Dutch and English language, written and spoken.
