About the role

As an Industrialization Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our industrialization processes, providing product requirements during product development, and driving the organization to smooth mass production. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our groundbreaking technologies and drive efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to develop and implement efficient industrialization strategies.
  • Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve industrialization processes.
  • Work closely with product development teams to provide input on design for manufacturability and assembly.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize component manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality standards.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes, preferably in a high-tech environment.

  • Strong understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly principles.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of key industry standards and best practices in industrialization.
