About the role
Your expertise as an Information Security Officer will play a crucial role in fortifying our (cyber)security infrastructure and ensuring the resilience of our organization in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Join us in safeguarding the foundation of our international success and be a key player in defining the future of our security initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Policy Development: Drive the creation and enforcement of comprehensive information security policies, emphasizing a holistic approach that extends beyond engineering and technology.
- Operational Leadership: Take on operational responsibility for managing a team of approximately 5 FTEs, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- IT Security Management: Oversee IT security operations, encompassing incident response and product security, and leverage your expertise to bolster the organization's comprehensive security framework.
- Supply Chain Security: Develop and implement effective supply chain security measures to safeguard the integrity and security of our products and services.
Demonstrate a minimum of architect-level proficiency in crafting and implementing robust information security architectures.
Possess industry-recognized certifications such as CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
Demonstrate familiarity with NIS 2 (Network and Information Systems Directive) and CRA (Critical Infrastructure Protection) regulations, ensuring compliance and readiness for regulatory assessments.
Fluent in Dutch and English to facilitate effective communication with our diverse team, stakeholders, and customers.
