About the role:

As an IT Support Employee, you will be the first point of contact for internal users across our organization. It is important to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable IT support that keeps our teams productive and satisfied. You’ll solve problems with precision, communicate clearly, and ensure every task is completed on time. By being proactive and professional, you’ll help create a seamless support experience that builds trust and keeps operations running smoothly.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support, handling a variety of technical issues across hardware, software, and systems
  • Analyze user problems and provide practical, timely solutions to keep employees productive across departments
  • Collaborate closely with the 2nd line IT team to ensure effective handovers and resolution of complex cases
  • Communicate with users in a friendly, professional manner—balancing technical accuracy with a human touch
  • Monitor open tickets, prioritize tasks dynamically, and maintain a clear overview of service workload
  • Document support cases accurately and contribute to the improvement of IT support documentation and procedures
  • Take part in the on-call rotation and ensure proper escalation protocols are followed
  • Continuously learn about internal systems and tools, including ServiceNow, and participate in ongoing knowledge sharing

Profile

  •  

    • Vocational degree (Mbo) IT related
    • Strong communication skills — you are the face of IT and know how to leave users with a positive experience, even when outcomes aren’t ideal
    • Collaborative mindset — you work closely with the 2nd line team to ensure all issues are resolved within service level objectives
    • Composure under pressure — you maintain situational awareness and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Basic understanding of IT processes and systems
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is considered a plus
