Logistics Engineer

As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing logistics networks, improving efficiency, and driving innovation within our supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize logistics networks by integrating internal logistics with production requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
- Improve productivity through process optimization, data analysis, supply chain integration, automation, workflow improvements, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and inventory management.
- Optimize key operational components by focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP), ensuring continuous improvement across all processes.
- Implement and drive LEAN methodologies across logistics operations, focusing on eliminating waste, streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, data analytics, Kaizens, standardization, Root Cause Analysis).
Profile
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/ supply chain engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, particularly ERP and EWM, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments to implement improvements.
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
