Job Description
As Manager Injection Molding, you will lead a team of approximately 15 employees and are responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations. You ensure a safe working environment, high-quality output, production efficiency, and delivery reliability. Through strong leadership, you foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and performance.
You are hands-on in daily management, define clear goals, and proactively solve issues. You have a clear understanding of team performance and know how to identify opportunities for improvement. You take ownership of escalated problems and ensure they are resolved effectively. You lead the budgeting process and base decisions on meaningful data analysis, creating clear and well-structured proposals.
You are a strong communicator who collaborates across departments, inspires your team, and builds professional relationships. You can distinguish key issues from side issues and create compelling PowerPoint presentations to support your ideas.
