Over de functie

Als Onderhoudsmedewerker gebouwen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en beheer van de Prodrive-Technologies gebouwen. De gebouwen hebben verschillende functies zoals kantoor productie of logistiek. Samen met het team van onderhoudsmedewerkers zal je de gebouwen en interieur in de gebouwen in topconditie houden.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Onderhoud en beheer van de  constructieve elementen zoals wanden vloeren plafonds in de gebouwen.
  • Onderhoud en beheer van het interieur zoals bureaus meeting rooms pantry's en het bijbehorend meubilair en beplanting.
  • Ondersteuning bij verhuizingen en verbouwingen die plaats vinden binnen Prodrive-Technologies.
  • Ondersteuning bij transport van goederen binnen het cluster Facility.
  • Workshop gerelateerde ondersteuning aan Operations afdeling.

Profile

  • Handen uit de mouwen mentaliteit

  • Ervaring als onderhoud medewerker, bouw achtergrond is een pluspunt

  • Nederlands sprekend, Engels is een pluspunt

  • Goede team speler

  • Functie betreft 38uur werkweek

  • Flexibel inzetbaar
