As part of our further professionalization, Prodrive has established a Project Management Office to drive excellent project, program and portfolio management across our Business Lines and R&D.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced project manager/PMO expert to reinforce our central PMO team. In this role, you will be a key enabler of project management maturity, enhancing our PM business processes, building capabilities and championing continuous improvement initiatives. You will cooperate closely with the project management team in one of our Business Lines.

Key responsibilities:
Deploy excellent project management standards

  • Implement best-in-class project management principles, e.g. related to project planning, budget, risk management, stakeholder management, change control
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to project managers and stakeholders, fostering adoption of robust PM practices

Drive discipline in execution

  • Support and challenge project managers to adhere to the processes, PM best practices, KPIs, and governance frameworks

Drive effective decision making

  • Advice project managers on stakeholder management and preparation of support requests
  • Challenge stakeholders to provide clear decisions and support to enable project success, thus reinforcing a culture of accountability

Enable continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities for structural improvement of project execution and lead improvement projects

Profile

  • Master’s degree (MSc) in technical direction

  • 10 years of work experience as project manager and/or PMO expert in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

  • Excellent communicator, able to influence without hierarchical power and able to guide, coach and advise at all organizational levels

  • Strategic thinking skills. Challenges the status quo, identifies bottlenecks, and translates these into structural improvements

  • Experience leading organizational change management and continuous improvement projects

  • Comfortable operating in environments with uncertainty and rapid change

  • Very familiar with project management basics and principles. Certification such as PMP or IPMA is a preference
