As part of our further professionalization, Prodrive has established a Project Management Office to drive excellent project, program and portfolio management across our Business Lines and R&D.

About the role:

The PMO Support Officer is the operational backbone of project delivery, providing governance, reporting, tools, and facilitation that enable alignment, predictability, and transparency across the portfolio.
Acting as the central coordinator, the PMO Support Officer brings Project Managers and stakeholders into alignment, ensures clear visibility of progress and risks, and drives continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clear and timely communication among project teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and performance insights
  • Arrange and document milestone reviews with Project Managers and stakeholders
  • Provide project management tools, templates, and guidance to support effective delivery
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards
  • Support stakeholder engagement through structured updates and follow-up on actions
  • Support financial tracking and budget reporting across projects, ensuring visibility on costs and alignment with governance requirements.

Personal skills & competences

Project Management Expertise

  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles, planning, risk management, governance frameworks, and foundation across waterfall & agile/hybrid
  • Working knowledge of budgetary processes and financial management, with the ability to support project cost tracking

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills
  • Able to influence without hierarchical power and manage a large, diverse stakeholder landscape with creativity and tact
  • Builds trust and credibility by enabling collaboration, supporting Project Managers in engagement, and acting effectively in senior stakeholder environments

Data & Reporting

  • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting project performance data
  • Proficient in reporting and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI and Project Planning tools

Organization & Knowledge Management

  • Strong prioritization and multitasking ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experienced in structuring, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and knowledge repositories
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships across Business Lines to ensure effective coordination and achievement of project objectives

Professional Mindset & Personal Effectiveness

  • Demonstrates ownership, gets things done, and proactively drives improvement initiatives
  • Maintains effectiveness and people focus under pressure, in high-speed, changing, and uncertain environments

Profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • 10 years of work experience as PMO officer in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment, preferably within a high-tech industry

  • Very familiar with project management basics and principles. Certification such as PMP or IPMA is a preference

  • Experience with organizational change management and continuous improvement projects
