About the role
As Project Manager, you are the central person driving the success of our multidisciplinary projects. You’ll take full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery—while ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations.
You’ll be working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality departments—coordinating all activities to deliver high-quality embedded computing solutions that meet demanding requirements.
Key responsibilities
Affinity with embedded/digital technology is highly preferred - BSc, BEng, or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or Physics.
Minimum of 7 years' project management experience across full product lifecycle (initiation to closure).
Understanding of systems that combine electronics, software and mechanics. Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development.
Experienced in leading teams and individuals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and operational efficiency
Ability to create management reports and ensure data accuracy, experience with stage gating processes and gate reviews
Being decisive, a relationship-builder, and pragmatic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
