About the role
As Project Manager, you are the central figure driving the success of multidisciplinary projects across embedded hardware, software, and system design. You’ll take full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery—while ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations.
You’ll be working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality departments—coordinating all activities to deliver high-quality embedded computing solutions that meet demanding requirements.
Key responsibilities
BSc, BEng, or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or Physics.
Proven project management experience across full product lifecycle (initiation to closure).
Understanding of embedded or mechatronic product development.
Affinity with systems that combine hardware and software
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coaching individuals toward high performance.
Skilled in data-driven reporting, stage gating, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Being decisive, a relationship-builder, and pragmatic.
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) in English
