About the role
You lead multidisciplinary projects that span hardware, software, and system design, driving them from concept to successful release. You take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations at every step. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, you orchestrate a seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
BSc or MSc in Engineering
Strong understanding of mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic systems
Passion for new product introduction and development
You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence
You’re confident working with stage gate processes, using gate reviews to keep development structured and on track
You bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to align teams and overcome challenges effectively
You’re organized, structured, and excel at managing priorities, even in fast-moving environments

You decide when, where and how much you want to work
You like to think about manufacturability when designing
