About the role:

We are searching for a hands-on and operational-driven Recruiter for our Operations. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our staffing for production and logistics. Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment for production, logistics, and support teams,
  • Work closely with operational managers to define staffing needs,
  • Ensure fast and precise hiring processes,
  • Build candidate pipelines for operational roles,
  • Support onboarding and workforce planning.

Profile

  • BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Operations, or similar.

  • Experience in high-volume and operational recruitment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.

  • You collaborate seamlessly with HRBPs, recruiters, and HR admin to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.

  • Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
