About the role:
We are searching for a hands-on and operational-driven Recruiter for our Operations. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our staffing for production and logistics. Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Operations, or similar.
Experience in high-volume and operational recruitment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
You collaborate seamlessly with HRBPs, recruiters, and HR admin to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
