About the role:

As Recruitment partner within Operations, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Technicians and Logistics Handlers within multiple departments. You work in a high‑pace, high‑growth environment where priorities can differ per department, and where speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment are key.

You translate hiring needs into concrete recruitment actions, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience — from intake to contract signing and onboarding in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for operational roles (technicians & logistics handlers)
  • Translate workforce planning into clear monthly hiring targets per department
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using direct sourcing and external recruitment partners
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the right hiring managers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple Operations departments
  • Drive offers, contracts, and hiring administration in Workday
  • Continuously improve the recruitment approach and come up with new sourcing ideas
  • Ensure high satisfaction among candidates and hiring managers throughout the process

Profile

  • BSc in Human Resource management, Business Economics or similar

  • Experience as a recruiter in a high‑volume and fast‑growing environment (Operations is a plus)

  • Strong communication skills, able to adapt from Production Director to Technician

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations, be decisive and provide feedback

  • A proactive mindset: you actively chase information and follow up to keep processes moving

  • Team player who works closely with recruitment colleagues, HRBPs, and the HR administration

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)

  • Comfortable working with ATS systems (Workday experience is a plus)
