About the role:
As Recruitment partner within Operations, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Technicians and Logistics Handlers within multiple departments. You work in a high‑pace, high‑growth environment where priorities can differ per department, and where speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment are key.
You translate hiring needs into concrete recruitment actions, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience — from intake to contract signing and onboarding in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for operational roles (technicians & logistics handlers)
- Translate workforce planning into clear monthly hiring targets per department
- Proactively build talent pipelines using direct sourcing and external recruitment partners
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the right hiring managers
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple Operations departments
- Drive offers, contracts, and hiring administration in Workday
- Continuously improve the recruitment approach and come up with new sourcing ideas
- Ensure high satisfaction among candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Profile
BSc in Human Resource management, Business Economics or similar
Experience as a recruiter in a high‑volume and fast‑growing environment (Operations is a plus)
Strong communication skills, able to adapt from Production Director to Technician
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations, be decisive and provide feedback
A proactive mindset: you actively chase information and follow up to keep processes moving
Team player who works closely with recruitment colleagues, HRBPs, and the HR administration
Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
Comfortable working with ATS systems (Workday experience is a plus)
